A free, 30-minute reflective self-inquiry into how you stay open, notice yourself closing, and return to fuller participation. Explore five domains of availability and receive a free personal report with practices to support greater contact and choice in everyday life, relationships, and work.
My work as a developmental coach and facilitator keeps bringing me back to one question: What enables us to participate more fully in life?
We can understand ourselves deeply and still be difficult to reach in the moments that matter. A partner’s hurt, a colleague’s challenge, or an uncomfortable truth can arrive. And something in us closes.
I became curious about what happens in those moments. What can still reach us? Can we notice ourselves closing? What helps us return with enough contact to listen, respond, or establish a needed boundary?
I built the Availability Snapshot to make this inquiry accessible and practical. My hope is that technology can help us notice something we can then explore in our bodies, relationships, and everyday choices.
The Snapshot is part of the Human Maturity Institute’s wider inquiry into availability, participation, and human maturity.
I’d love to hear what the Snapshot helps you notice, where it leaves you uncertain, and what happens when you bring a practice into everyday life.
In particular:
I also welcome practitioners’ perspectives on how the Snapshot could support their developmental work.
