I’m akasha, a developmental coach, facilitator, poet, and founder of the Human Maturity Institute. My work brings together adult development and contemplative practice around one question: What enables us to participate more fully in life? I hold a PhD in Human Development and am building the Availability Snapshot—a reflective tool that helps people notice when they close and discover what supports their return to more choiceful participation. I’m interested in technology that supports embodied development and deepens our capacity for contact with ourselves, one another, and life.
