Anupriya Kukreja is a behavioral scientist, product strategist, and cross-cultural researcher working at the intersection of spirituality, technology, and impact. She applies behavioral science to product design and is building a multifaith practice-matching platform, Seek. She is also a music producer, DJ, and spirituality writer, currently leading product innovation at citiesRISE, a global youth mental health organization.
Anupriya holds an M.A. in Psychology in Education from Columbia University, where she specialized in spirituality, mind-body psychology, and conflict resolution. Her research and professional work have spanned behavioral science, peace and conflict, digital products, mental health, spirituality, and culturally responsive design. She has conducted research at Columbia University’s Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict, served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Psychological Association’s The Peace Psychologist, and worked in behavioral science publishing and technology startups.
Her scholarly work has been published in *Negotiation Journal*, and she has contributed to and reviewed research across psychology, conflict resolution, and behavioral science. She has presented her work across academic and practitioner communities, including at Harvard Divinity School, Columbia University, and behavioral science forums in New York.
Across her work, Anupriya is particularly interested in how culture, identity, belief systems, and human behavior shape the products, institutions, and communities we build.
