Zendo is a meditation headband designed to quiet mental noise and help you reach a calmer, more focused state, in just 20 minutes. Powered by gentle neurostimulation and grounded in peer-reviewed research, it makes deeper meditation more accessible.
Meditation works, but racing thoughts and restlessness keep many people from feeling its benefits. We built Zendo to make the doorway into calm more accessible through gentle, research-grounded neurostimulation. The goal isn’t to replace the practice—it’s to help more people experience what becomes possible when the mind settles.
We’d love feedback on the experience and how Zendo fits into an existing contemplative practice. We’re especially interested in how the technology can feel supportive—not substitutive—and which practitioners and communities could benefit most.

I like the positioning as Zendo being complementary to an existing, non-tech-enabled meditation practice. I did have a session with Zendo that started with a very distracted, muddled mind and landed in a very serene spot with an afterglow that lasted several hours. This provided more motivation to keep up with my traditional meditation practice to achieve similar results with ongoing practice.
