About

A free breathing assessment which generates a personalised breathing retraining program completely tailored to you. A new 5 min session each day which gradually builds your natural breathing rhythm to help with stress, sleep, and focus.

Why I'm building this

I've been teaching breathwork in the corporate setting and in the local NSW Sydney region for around 3 years now and have noticed huge shifts in people every session. Many people are asking: How do they do more? How do they incorporate this into their day-to-day life and how often should they be doing it?

The issue is that if I point them to any video online, it's not tailored to this specific person and could end up doing more damage. I decided to create a tool which actually assesses their breathing first, then starts to customise and create the perfect breathing rhythm for that specific individual. Each day it uses this data to tailor a session for tomorrow and the weeks after.

What feedback I'm looking for

Try it for yourself. How does it feel. What is difficult to understand? What would you like to see more of?

Seeking collaborators

Discussion

Anything you share reaches the builder. A few places to start:

  • What's working? moments, features or feelings worth keeping
  • What's not yet landing? where it feels off, unclear or not quite there
  • What would you want next? features, directions or refinements

What would you want next?

I am curious how you measure the breath without hardware. There are number of new hardware players that recently launched in this category (see org database). Maybe worth collaborating with them? Love this idea and something I am really passionate about.

I just went through the onboarding. Very slick, and I feel that the biggest challenge is measuring breathe throughout the day. So would be curious to explore with you where you are heading with this.
