Pulse is a screen-free mindfulness ring that uses gentle vibrations to remind you to pause and return to the present moment. It does not track or measure biometrics. You choose the frequency in the app, creating spontaneous opportunities to break autopilot and practice throughout the day.
I built Pulse because I needed one myself. I had been meditating for 22 years, and yet something was missing. My hour on the cushion every morning stayed on the cushion. The calm and clarity I found there rarely followed me into the day, into the noise, the screens, the endless pull of sensors, notifications, and data trackers competing for my attention. I wanted a way to carry the practice with me. A secret guide. A little helper on my finger, almost like a zen gong for the monks, quietly calling me back to the present moment. Something to snap me out of autopilot and make me conscious again, not once a day, but many times a day. That is what Pulse became. A way to be more present in a world that constantly pulls us away from it. Because I believe that when we learn to observe our thoughts instead of being swept up by them, we react less. And when we react less, there is less friction, less aggravation, less conflict rippling out into the world. I will go as far as to say it: less war in the world. That is the world I want to help build, one present moment at a time.
have a vision I can't shake. I want to build a community of one million people, all wearing the Pulse Ring, and one day have them all vibrate at the same moment across the world. A shared breath. A conscious prayer. A gratitude exercise or a single mantra, felt at once on a million fingers, in a hundred countries, in complete silence. Think about what that moment would feel like. Millions of people, most of them strangers, all choosing the exact same instant to stop, to come back, to be here. No screen, no feed, no noise. Just presence, multiplied. I believe this matters because presence is quietly the most important thing we've lost. When we learn to notice our thoughts instead of being dragged around by them, we react less and we soften. And a softer, more awake person changes every room they enter. Multiply that by a million and you start changing the temperature of the whole world. That's the journey I'm on, and I'm looking for the people who feel it too. If something in you leaned forward while reading this, I'd love to hear from you.
