Psio provides clinics and psychedelic facilitators with a structured, EEG-guided neurofeedback program for the weeks following a psilocybin or ketamine session. A headband records brain activity around the session, and clients then do a short daily at-home neurofeedback practice with the Psio app, with progress tracked for both client and care team. Founded by neuroscientist Devin Effinger, PhD, alongside co-founders James Blackwell and Anna Desmarais, the Boulder, Colorado-based company is in early access and was part of the Elephant Gate psychedelic accelerator's inaugural cohort in 2026.
