A gamified breathwork + meditation tool (pendant) for calming the nervous system
Moksha O₁ is a smart breathwork and meditation tool: a metal pendant with a mouthpiece, air-pressure sensors, and haptic feedback that guides inhale and exhale timing so beginners learn to breathe and meditate properly. Its companion iOS app gamifies practice with breath-control games, playlists, and guided exercises across Calm, Energy, Morning, Recovery, and Sleep. Built by co-founders Yash Ghanekar and Jaymin Shah, it launched its first device - the Beam on Kickstarter before merging device and app into Moksha O₁.
