LYTE is a Christian AI assistant that answers everyday questions about work, relationships, decisions and faith from a Biblical worldview, citing real Scripture references. Alongside the chat it offers Daily LYTE, a morning devotional, Scripture portion and challenge with streak tracking, and Rest & Reflect, two-minute guided reflection moments. Built with guardrails intended to be safe for teens and families, it is designed to point users toward prayer, Scripture and their local church rather than replace them.
Founded by Dale Wallace after a decade in college ministry, and endorsed by pastor Jonathan Pokluda, the iPhone app launched in March 2026 on a free-to-start subscription model.
